Please read these rules before ordering! By ordering from us you enter into legal contract you have your resposibilities as well as we do. We value our customers and would like customers to value our service. Therefore, we have some rules
Note: We do not ship herbs and plants internationally.
We do everything we can to keep the costs as low as possible: pick the lowest-cost shipping that will get the plants to you safely, negotiate rates with LBC, etc.Unfortunately, shipping plants is expensive.
We thank you for your understanding; and appreciate all of our customers’ business over the past, present and future years. If you have any further questions, comments, or suggestions we are always open to feedback, please feel free to contact us.
SHIPPING: All nursery stock is shipped at buyer's risk and expense from our Garden. We charge for packing materials at our cost. All quotes include an estimate for the cost of shipping and handling/packing charge - but the actual costs are billed directly to you at the time of delivery date.
If you need advice about how to best get the plants to your location, please ask! Large orders will be shipped either by our vehicle or common carrier and schedule meet ups in selected area only. Our quote will include an estimated delivery charge, packing charge and approximate shipping date. Please review these numbers before placing your order. Rate for shipping are estimated first by our nearest branch LBC Representative for final inspection and assessment! (please be guided that we only send the amount estimated by the LBC Representative before the actual shipping, changes of rates were inevitable)

Because the packaging and HANDLING of your plants is very labor-intensive and time consuming, your shipping costs include a small handling fee depending on the size of the box to be used and quantity of ordered plants. The packing and handling of your order includes collecting plants from the nursery, inspection, labeling, sorting, stripping pots and some soil, bagging, wrapping, packaging and boxing. Sending the plant to LBC for actual checked for rates and sending back again to the nursery while waiting for your payment. We send actual plant images before shipping, please provide email address for your personal plant inspection. We also provide the utmost care in choosing our packing supplies to ensure your plants have a safe journey, and Live plants arrives with roots intact and watered in the bag to ensure maximum shelf life. Our prices are depending on the size variety and on sale plants of the month. Prices are in different rate if you physically visit our nursery garden shop (pls refer to google maps on location, look for lorenzo garden favors).
Shipping costs will vary depending on the size and weight of each individual plant.

We used our own box for shipping our herbs/plants LBC does not provide boxes for plants (LBC are the only carrier accepting plants for delivery in our area). Orders shipped by common carrier are outside of our control once they leave the nursery, and Lorenzo Garden Favors and Lorenzo's Gourmet under (NPJ Eco-Solution Ent.) assumes no responsibility for delays or damages incurred. If delivery is time sensitive, it is the buyer's responsibility to order and accommodate the delivery to meet their own schedules.

Once we send you the total cost we advise you to respond to us immediately for payment confirmation, on that day only because we can only allowed the plants to be packed on the that day untill tomorrow only, failed to respond to us within that day automatically cancelled orders, again we reminded you that the plant is currently on a shipping condition unpacking and returning those plants in to our nursery will caused more stress on the seedlings, and added additional cost of packaging to us. Please for serious buyers online only.
Small orders will be shipped through LBC or a competing service. Please request an approximate ship date when you order. Due to the heat in the summer we try to ship most orders Monday through Wednesday, depending on your location. Sitting over the weekend in a LBC warehouse typically results in weaker, unhappier plants - we do our best to avoid this scenario by shipping early in the week. We will try to ship on your requested date; however, ship dates are approximate and subject to weather and field conditions.

Shipping & Handling process
We try to provide you with well grown and mature plants. Some of our plants are much bigger than those that you might get from other nursery garden. To save you money on shipping, we work to minimize both package weight and dimensions.
To shed unnecessary weight, we remove plants from pots, toss off excess soil, and maintain moisture with a plastic film wrapped firmly around the root ball. We do not bare-root plants for domestic shipping. To save on dimensions, it is sometimes necessary to trim branches, but only when without consequence to the plants health.
We strive to safely package every plant to the fullest extent possible. Some plants require bamboo supports, while others will need paper sleeves, but all plants will be heavily supported with packing support.
RECEIVING & ACCEPTANCE:
Nursery stock is perishable; plants are living things. All plant shipments received should be immediately unpacked and inspected on arrival and then placed in proper storage out of direct sunlight. We photograph all orders during the packing process to document what we ship. A copy of these pictures is available upon request with the submission of your email address. Any problems with the condition, quality, or quantity of goods received should be brought to our attention immediately. We send scanned proof of LBC tracking number together with the safety care instruction upon recieving the plants.
Shipping confirmation. You will be notified via email or text when order is shipped. We email or sms your delivery confirmation number for LBC (Postal Service) or tracking number for UPS. This email is important. If you don't receive package within few days, then check the shipper website (link is provided in confirmation email). Sometimes for whatever reason packages are just sitting at the Post Office and a customer did not notice that tiny orange package claim post card.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
If Lorenzo's Garden Favors (Lorenzo Gourmet) under NPJ Eco Solution Ent. is unable to furnish the size or grade of plant material ordered by the buyer, Lorenzo Garden Favors reserves the right, without notice to buyer, to supply the closest available size or grade at the current corresponding price, or to source it from another nursery, unless the buyers order or order acknowledgment has noted upon it
"NO SUBSTITUTIONS".CANCELLATIONS: Any cancellation or reduction by customer in quantity ordered must be made in writing in email. Orders may be cancelled by NPJ Eco Solution Ent. due to late payments or shortage of stock. Once plants have been pulled for an order, any order changes requiring our returning plants to their normal locations will result in a 15% restocking fee. We require two days notice to cancel an order or any part thereof. Additions can be taken at any time but may be shipped separately due to logitistical constraints.
RETURNS: NPJ Eco Solution Ent. reserves the right to accept NO returns or exchanges, because plant material is a perishable good and we have no control over the way it has been handled after it leaves our possession.
PRICES: Prices are in Philippine Peso, based on present market conditions, and are subject to change without notice. Our Company NPJ Eco Solution Ent. cannot be held responsible for poor planting conditions, damage caused by severe weather such as drought, flood and wind, or damage from pest and disease after the plants have left the nursery. All nursery stock is offered for sale subject to crop yield and prior sale.
CONTINGENCIES: We reserve the right to prorate or cancel any order, in whole or in part, because of: strikes, labor shortages, fire, frost, flood, drought, disease, casualty, errors in count, spoilage, or other circumstances beyond our control. HOLDING FEES: Delays are common in our industry, so if you are new to the marketplace please pay attention to this section. We reserve the right to charge holding fees for plants, especially those custom grown. See your shipping cost details.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: NPJ Eco Solution Ent. maximum liability, whether contractual or for negligence or otherwise, is limited in amount to the amount paid NPJ Eco Solution Ent. for the purchase of the nursery stock under all circumstances and regardless of the nature, cause or extent of the loss.
PAYMENT TERMS: For all clients, a full payment cash deposit to our company or send to any moneygram LBC, ML Kwarta Padala, Western Union must be paid when the order is placed.
CLAIMS: Claims for any cause must be made in writing within 3 days after arrival of goods, which period of time is expressly agreed to be reasonable. If buyer does not give such notice, buyer agrees to have irrevocably and unconditionally accepted the goods. NPJ Eco Solution Ent. furthermore will not consider any claim after nursery stock has been processed, improperly stored, planted, or otherwise treated, modified or used in any way. Claims for losses while goods are in transit must be filed by the buyer directly with the carrier.
QUOTES: Quotes are based on availability as of the date quoted. Supply is not guaranteed beyond that date, and prices are subject to change without notice.
SEVERABILITY: In the event that any part of these terms and conditions of sale is held to be illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the other parts shall nonetheless remain in full force and effect. By acceptance of the nursery stock from NPJ Eco Solution Ent. the buyer acknowledges that the limitations and disclaimers herein described are the conditions of sale and that they constitute the entire agreement between buyer and seller.
Important Note:
Once your plant has arrived, it should be unpacked and potted immediately. You should let the plant adjust after shipping stress for a minimum of 24 hours (and up to several days). Place your plant(s) in a warm location with bright shade (no direct sunlight), in a small pot with well-draining moist (not soggy) soil.
All plants being in a few days transit without light and water, exposed to temperature extremes and handling, will experience stress. Some more, others less. Please be advised that we can not guarantee the plant to stay in a good condition after shipping since it is beyond our control. By ordering a live plant mail-order you take a risk of receiving a wilted plant, which in most cases, under proper care, will recover soon and bring you joy of accomplishment.

Step 4 : As soon as we confirmed the said deposit, we’ll ship the product/s through LBC.
